The intention of this product concept is to organize everyday conversation so we can better understand how we relate to others while realizing what information is important during communication. By using the misfit brand as a starting point, features were added to differentiate the market for the Misfit brand beyond athletic wearables.
After documenting and analyzing others conversations and well known interviews, we realized that we could represent the important aspects of conversations in the visual form of an interconnected web. During verbal communication, we tend to focus on major subjects and transition to related secondary and tertiary topics. We bounce back to what we feel is important, jump across topics, and start a new once we have finished a thought. The Misfit Reflect concept was in collaboration with Jie Gao and Jeongwoo Lyo
